Median income of households headed by 50-to-54-year-olds was $52,045
in 1997-higher than any other age group

the last 6 months (5%)
51% more Boomers took at least one round-trip flight in the last 30
days (23.8%)
61% more Boomers rented at least one car for business in the last 3
months (20.4%)
50% more Boomers stayed at a hotel overnight for business in the last
3 months (26.8%)
47% more Boomers are senior managers (16.8%)
51% more Boomers are self-employed as CEO /Chairman /Owner (10.7%)
